Advantages of Book
1. The book contain large numbers of questions ranging 500.
2. Topic wise question. Critical thinking questions and separate IITJEE section.
3. Topic wise answer sheet. Topic wise solutions of each question except some repeated concept.
4. The book covers each and every topic including short notes of concepts.
Disadvantage
1. As per NEET point of view, The book does not provide comprehensive questions that are required for strong base of subject. So you will have to go through some other book like H C Verma.
2. As per IITJEE Makns point of view, the book in good for very basic questions. 90% of questions belongs to medical catagory. So for Mains it can be helping with core Books like HCV, Resnic Haliday Walker, Cengage etc.
3. As per IITJEE advance, this book is nothing to do with IIT JEE advanced level. It's a time wasting stuff only.
There are many books for NEET in market. But you should keep in mind that your 100 % command on NCERT is mandatory. And not once but until you reach to your exam date, "keep revising NCERT". For this, you will have to make a daily time schedule.

You will confront with180 question in NEET and 75 Most standard questions in the world for 3 hours. If you had been spending time in derivatives other than NCERT with fatty books than it will become a failure cause for you in exam.
